• Standard (Ground): 6–8 business days — FREE for U.S. orders over $4,000.
  Reliable delivery via FedEx or UPS Ground. Tracking and insurance included.
• Express: 2–4 business days — quoted at checkout.
  For when you need your equipment fast, but don’t require overnight delivery.
• Priority Overnight: Next-day delivery (by 10:30 AM in select areas).
  Ideal for urgent clinical or medical facility needs.
• Freight & Palletized Shipping: Used for oversized or high-value equipment.
  White-glove delivery, liftgate service, and inside placement available upon request.

All shipments are fully insured and trackable. You’ll receive confirmation with tracking details once your order is in transit.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically begin processing the same business day.

• Curbside Delivery – Your equipment is brought to the nearest accessible point outside your location. Signature required upon receipt.
• Inside Delivery – Delivered directly to your treatment room, suite, or designated interior space.
• White-Glove Service – Includes unpacking, placement, and removal of packaging materials for a stress-free setup.
• On-site Installation – Our technician completes device calibration and offers usage training to your staff.

All services are performed by trained professionals with experience handling high-value medical and aesthetic equipment.

All shipments are professionally packaged and fully insured. In the rare event of damage, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth resolution:

• Inspect the delivery immediately upon arrival — before signing the carrier receipt.
• Photograph any visible damage to the packaging and device, even minor scuffs.
• Keep all original packaging materials — they may be required for inspection or return.
• Contact us within 24 hours to initiate a claim and begin resolution support.
